Wilfred Ho started Taekwon-Do in Hong Kong in 1968 under Master Kim Bok Man. After much study, Mr. Ho became an instructor for Master Kim and the Hong Kong Taekwon-Do Association.

In 1976, Mr. Ho immigrated to Canada and started the first Taekwon-Do Club in Gold River, British Columbia, Canada.

Mr. Ho founded the Sherwood Park Taekwon-Do Club in 1978. He now operates many clubs throughout the Edmonton area. Member clubs are also located in other areas of Alberta and British Columbia.
